Who this is for
Units that already trade and need CMA data for cash credit, enhancement or a larger term-loan proposal. Promoters who have been asked for CMA by the branch, not only a one-page project report.

How to make it
- 1. Open the generator and pick Basic, Detailed or CMA.
- 2. Optionally upload PAN, Udyam, GST or quotations — or type the figures yourself.
- 3. Download PDF, Word, or both. No login and no payment.
Common questions
- When should I pick CMA instead of Basic?
- When the business already has historical accounts, or the bank has asked for CMA / MPBF. New units usually start with Basic.
- Are the years hard-coded?
- No. You name each year. Load sample uses dummy names and figures, not a real person.
- Does MPBF equal the loan the bank will give?
- No. MPBF is an assessment from your inputs. Sanction is the bank’s decision.
This is a documentation aid. It does not sanction a loan or subsidy. Lending decisions stay with the bank or implementing agency.
