Privacy policy

Free Project Report PDF Maker is designed so you can prepare a loan project report without creating an account. There is no login, no user database of reports, and no payment information.

What you enter

The form may include name, contact details, PAN, business addresses, banking identifiers and financial projections. We do not collect Aadhaar numbers. Where KYC is relevant, the report uses wording such as “Aadhaar verified and held on record”.

Where it is stored

Your draft is saved in this browser (local storage) so you can leave and return on the same device. It is not uploaded until you analyze documents or generate a report. Generated PDF and Word files are created in memory for download and are not kept as a permanent file store.

Document upload

If you use document auto-fill, files are sent to the application server for a one-time reading, then discarded. They are not published and are not kept as a document archive. Aadhaar numbers are stripped and never printed. Bank account numbers are masked where they appear. Do not upload documents you are not authorised to use.

Processing

When you generate a report, the information you submitted is sent to the application server to validate inputs, run the financial model, prepare narrative text and build the PDF and Word files. Rate limiting is applied to reduce abuse. Do not submit information you are not authorised to use.

Cookies and accounts

This product does not require a user account. Browser storage of the draft can be cleared from the form.
